About Us

The Southeast Guilford Community Association was formed in 2007 by a group of concerned citizens
in Southeast Guilford County, North Carolina. 

It is a social welfare corporation as set forth in Section 501 (c) (4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The primary purpose of the corporation is:
   1)      To promote community growth and development in the SE Guilford County.
   2)      To improve access to public water and sewer for residents of SE Guilford County.
   3)      To promote economic development so as to create economic opportunities for residents, and
   4)      To further the common good and general welfare of the residents of SE Guilford County.
