These Southeast Guilford Community Alliances are focused on enhancing the Quality of Life, strenthening community both now and for future generations, encouraging growth and financial support of community and businesses.  They work independently and collaboratively toward that end.

The Southeast Guilford Community Association (SEGCA) has the Vision to enhance the Quality of Life in Southeast Guilford County by providing a venue for individuals with a passion or purpose for advocacy of community, education and business interests in Southeast Guilford County.  SEGCA collaborates and builds alliances with strategic organizations in the Southeast Guilford community and also with the Triad Sustainability Communities Project.

The Southeast Guilford Community Foundation is dedicated to strengthening our community both now and for future generations. The Foundation is a vehicle for private donors to make a lasting contribution to our community.

Pleasant Garden is a community of people working together and serving one another creating a lasting quality of life for everyone. We are a town of volunteers. Each of our programs is operated through the selfless commitment of volunteers.



The goal of SE lifestyle is to present a specialty publication that provides community news.

The Greensboro-Guilford County Crime Stoppers program represents a unique partnership formed for a common cause; the safety, security and protection against theft and crime for the residents and citizens of Greensboro and Guilford County.  Crime Stoppers is a Community Policing program which brings together components of law enforcement, the community and the media to solve crime.

 Hagan Stone Park is located at 5920 Hagan-Stone Park, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313 Phone 336-674-0472 - Directions.  The park has camping, hiking, picnic shelters, playgrounds, ball fields, fishing and a special "Fun For All Playground"; it is open daily from 8 am to sunset, weather permitting.  SE Fun Fest is held in the park in October. We are YMCA Camp Weaver! We have a long history of camping experience. We are a member of the YMCA of Greensboro, making us part of the Y-USA organization that has more than 100 years of camp history. This site has operated as a camp for more than 50 years. We now have fully modern and comfortable facilities and cabins. We are Greensboro's premiere overnight and day camp. We also host group retreats and corporate events for many organizations in the community and beyond. We are also a top destination for school groups, with educational programs that meet NC curriculum requirements. Our mission is to put Judeo Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

We identify these companies and assist with educating them on the opportunities and benefits that Greensboro holds for their businesses as well as their employees.
